The Journal of Human Development and Education for Specialized Research is an academic journal issued by the Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies. The aim of this journal is to disseminate serious studies based on theoretical and field research, and to promote multidisciplinary studies in human development, management and education for specialized research and become a leading journal in human development and education in the world. The Journal also aims at publishing theoretical and applied researches in the fields of human development and education for specialized research such as human resources management, business administration, communication sciences, development studies, economic sciences, education sciences, history, industrial relations, media sciences, psychology, Public administration, religious studies and others.
The study aimed to find out the extent to which administrative communication is applied in government schools in Al Batinah North in Oman and its relationship with electronic management based on administrative staff perspectives.
The descriptive analytical design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. A questionnaire was designed and consisted of (48) items which were categorised under two headings: the first one is electronic administration and the second one is administrative communication. Its validity was achieved by sending it to some evaluators, and Alpha Cronbach was calculated to check its internal consistency. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (169) and (134) participants responded which represented 79.3% from the total population (359).
The outcomes revealed that the availability of requirements to apply electronic management in Omani government schools in Al Batinah North was at a moderate level (3.08) with 61.6% of the average means which is also considered at the average level. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between applying electronic management and administrative communication (F value 5.670) at the level of significance (0.09) which is less than the level of significance (0.05). In addition, the findings revealed that there were no significant differences among the participants related to years of experience and the educational qualification.
